We just re-opened Pops Tattoo in May, 2019, so we’re going to do something fun for Halloween this year. It’s that time of year again, when the spooky ones get spookier, and the spoopy ones get spoopier… so we’re throwing an all day Halloween tattoo flash party, in Silver Spring, Maryland.
We have Halloween tattoo flash on special, with prices ranging from the shop minimum ($60.00) to $150.00. There are 20 slots available, first come, first serve. We will also have some flat priced hand painted tattoo flash at the shop for larger projects if you’re really into the spooky tattoo stuff and would like to make an appointment. Halloween day and night, is considered a designated flash day, so we’ll only be doing tattoos in that price range. This is so that we can ensure as many people as possible get helped.
Tattoo designs can be done in black and grey, or in color for a little more. It’s up to you. If you want an evil purple pumpkin with a witches’ hat, or a zombie eating a squid tentacle, we got you.
All of our piercings above the belt will be half price from 8pm to Midnight on Halloween.

At 8 pm we will have refreshments and you’re welcome to take part in the costume contest! Employees will not be allowed to enter.
Come strut your stuff! Everyone will be allowed to vote.
The winner will receive a $100.00 Tattoo Gift Card.
